Quick help
AirPods and motion access
Live posture monitoring requires supported AirPods wireless headphones that expose headphone motion data to iPhone through Apple's motion frameworks. Movement programs, favorites, and guided resets can still be used without AirPods.
Posture Reset Coach does not use your microphone, camera, location, or contacts for posture monitoring. Head-motion data is read only when you start a posture session, calibrate, or use an in-app debug view.
If motion is not available
- Reconnect your AirPods from iOS Bluetooth settings.
- Confirm the app has Motion & Fitness permission.
- Make sure your iPhone and AirPods are updated to current software.
- Start a new calibration while sitting or standing in a comfortable neutral position.
Sessions and scores
A posture session begins only when you start it. The app compares your current head position with your own neutral calibration and gives a gentle cue when your head has stayed forward beyond the selected threshold.
Scores and summaries are meant to help you notice patterns in your workday. They are not clinical measurements and should not be used to diagnose or treat any condition.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Posture Reset Coach does not receive your payment card details.
For billing changes, cancellation, or refunds, use your Apple ID subscription settings or Apple's purchase support. If your purchase is not reflected in the app, open Settings in Posture Reset Coach and tap Restore Purchase.
